- Good day, I would like to thank everyone who is in attendance of this media briefing.Over the past few weeks we have witnessed an emergence of an infection/disease which affects the respiratory system causing respiratory disease.Measures were put in place to combat the new disease including vaccination of the community.Vaccination rollout was implemented, with a slow vaccination rate.
- A new strategy was introduced where a thorough research was conducted, followed by health education regarding vaccination risks and benefits.Standing here I can proudly report this initiative as a success, with up to 83% of the community vaccinated.
