- Charon I have a question do I have to find the lightning bolt even though I didn't steal it. Also, what will happen if I don't find it Charon.
- I am sorry Percy you have to get the lightning bolt before summer solstice. If you don't your father, Poseidon and Zeus will have a war.
- In the book The Lightning Thief, Percy Jackson goes to Camp Half Blood. Percy Jackson gets told that Zeus thinks that he stole his Lightning bolt. But Percy did not steal the lightning bolt. Finally, Percy has to find the lightning bolt with his friends before Summer solstice .

- In the book The Lightning Thief Percy and his 2 friends Grover and Annabeth go on a mission to find who stole Zeus's lightning bolt. Percy, Grover and Annabeth are all from Camp Half Blood, a camp for Half bloods and demigods.

- The conflict in this story is that Percy only has 14 days to return the lightning Bolt even though he didn't steal it. But Charon is suspicious of Hades. So now Percy, Grover and Annabeth are going to go to the House of Hades and find Zeus's lightning bolt and return his bolt to Mount Olympus.
- Moral and lesson learned
- Sorry Percy, I will make sure that Luke gets punished for stealing the lightning bolt.

- Now Percy and his friends are off on an adventure to the House of Hades. But there are very dangerous monsters around his house. When Percy and his friends got there there was a three head dog named Cerberus. Cerberus is the monster that guards the gate to enter the House of Hades. Finally when Cerberus got distracted they went through the gate like flash.
- Hades was angry he wanted zeus's most powerful weapon so badly. But Percy was wondering why is there something heavy in my backpack. Then he checked and it was the lightning bolt! Percy was shocked, he was wondering why it was in his backpack. Then he realized that Luke put something heavy in his backpack before he went to the House of Hades. Luke is the son of Hermes the god of messaging. So now Percy realizes that Luke was the one who stole the bolt. Finally, Percy tells Hades that Luke stoled it and then goes to Mount Olympus to return the lightning bolt and Luke gets into big trouble.
- The moral and lesson learned in this book is that you never should take away something that is not yours. For example, Luke took the lightning bolt from Zeus.
