Odysseus and the cyclops

- Odysseus and his crew reach the land of Cyclops and went inside the cave.
- The cyclops doesn't allow odysseus to stay.
- I don't think so
- You and your men must go!!
- The cyclops eats two of odysseus's men.
- NOOO!!!
- These two are mine!!

- Odysseus comes up with a plan to blind the polyphemus and does it.
- "He answered this from his brute chest, unmoved: 'You are ninny, or else you come from the other end of nowhere ...' "(9. 176-179).
- Odysseus and his men are able to escape by hanging from the bottom of the polyphemus's sheep.
- AHH My eye!!
- " 'Neither reply or pity cam from him, but in one stride he clutched at my companions and caught two in his hands like squirming puppies...' " (9. 191-194).
- Odysseus continues to taunt polyphemus while leaving the island and almost gets killed.
- You Polyphemus, have just been defeated by the one and only odysseus!! YOU SUCK!!
