Newton's First Law of Motion states, An object at rest will remain at rest. Such as this box.
Newton's First Law
Unless acted upon by an outside force, an object in motion will continue with constant speed and direction unless acted on by an unbalanced force
The acceleration of an object depends on the mass of the object and the amount of force applied. If an object has a large mass, like this van, it will have a slower acceleration.
Newton's Second Law
If an object has less mass, it will have greater acceleration.
Newton's Third Law
For every action force, there is a reaction force equal in strength and opposite in direction. An example is a book on a table.
The book is exerts a force on the table (due to gravity) and the table reacts with an equal and opposite force.
