CC64: NCP hasn't made a payment in 60 days, her arrears total up to $1,200, WA address on IA with a verification code 32, enforcement services 4, EV set at EF on a case type 1 & subro type 2. I found an Driver's License for NCP on the LI screen, sending a warning letter (9-850) to NCP so they are aware that their license will suspended if they don't comply.
I'm going to contact the NCP to see if we can make a payment agreement....
Looks like my RSEO is calling me, hopefully she can help. NCP: Hello NCP speaking...Ashley: Hi NCP, I am calling to see if you received a Warning Letter (9-850) regarding the intent to suspend your license due to noncompliance? NCP: Yes I was just looking at it, how can I fix this?Ashley: we can setup a payment agreement plan (9-854 or 9-889) that way you're in compliance with your monthly child support obligation and there wouldn't be a suspension on your license.
Oh no! I can't lose my license I need it for my job, and I can't afford to pay all that money. What can I do?
NCP: That sounds like a plan! Thank you!Ashley: You're welcome we can go ahead and setup your payment agreement right now.NCP: OkayAshley: After reviewing your MOA of $300 and Net Income of $1500, your payment comes out to $336NCP: sounds good.Ashley: Great, I will mail you the payment agreement plan for you to sign and send back.NCP: Thank you I will do that have a great day!Ashley: You're welcome, bye bye.
CC64: Got in contact with NCP 11/19/2021, set up a payment agreement plan with NCP with a $336 payment, sent the 9-854 to NCP to sign on 11/19/2021 and received it signed today 12/03/2021.
