- Your husband has passed in a railroad accident.
- "Free, free, free!"
- Mrs.Mallard has heart trouble , carefully they tell the news of her husbands death by her sister Josephine.
- "Louise open the door!!!!!"
- Mrs.Mallard goes to her room she wants to be alone. She feels happy and relieved that her husband is dead but she feels the need to be sad and mournful because of his death.
- When she abandoned herself a little whispered word escaped her slightly parted lips. She said it over and over under her breath There would be no one to live for her during those coming years; she would live for herself.
- Mrs.Mallards sister, Josephine, was kneeling at her door worried to see if she was okay.
- Mrs.Mallard went downstairs happy that she was free. She looks down in disbelief to see that her husband was here alive and unharmed. She is in shock.
- Mrs.Mallard dropped dead after seinng that her husband was still alive. The doctors arrive and pronounce that she died from a heart attack which was by happiness.
