- A man gets on the bus, he is headed to the coffee shop at the end of town but then something bad happens. He remembers that he left his compass card at home. What will he do. He breached the rules of an implied contract. Thats when his friend comes to the rescue. "Here man, take $3.00 and just pay me back later." "I will" says the man. Hopefully the man honours the terms of the oral contract. His friend offered and he accepted.

- AHH, I forgot my compass card!

- The two men talk for a while and later the man reveals that his girlfriend recently broke up with him and that he is very sad, but that work is going very well for him. His business is going very well and he is making lots of money. His friend sympathizes with him and wants to take him out to have a drink later tonight.
- The man and his friend have a couple drink and have a good night but thats when the man realizes he has a massive work meeting tomorrow morning at 700 am sharp.
- Are you sure you'll be able to go? It's been a late and long night tonight
- I have a massive work meeting tomorrow where i must sign off on a contract.
- Oh I'll be fine,
