There was a little black African girl named Zuri. She was from Salé, Morocco but lived in Brazil. Her father was a merchant and often went to Salé through the North Atlantic Ocean on business trips. He bought raw materials like timber from tribal people. Once he was going on a trip to sale again and decided to take Zuri along so she could learn about her hometown.
Zuri was very surprised to see Salé. It didn't look like any African country. It was like an an Arabic country and was very rich. All people followed the Islamic religion. All men wore orange or white turbans. The women were covered from head to toe in black cloth. But she was sad to see that there was a lot of slavery and the poor were not considered equal. Zuri stayed in a relative's house till her father was in the forests trading jute from tribal people.
Dad this place is so beautiful!
Zuri's father again had to go to the Amazon forest for trading but this time Zuri accompanied him. She was going to the forest for the first time and was very excited but her father warned her about the dangerous animals.
Dad I will go with you too.
Ok. But be careful.
But just after one day of her visit, she got separated from her father. She got scared and started looking for him. Suddenly. she felt hungry. She saw some trees and ate their fruits Luckily, there was no wild animal there. At night she lit up a fire using stones so that no animal could come near her. This happened for a week. Till that time she had completely lost hope.
What will I do now?
The next day she saw some light glowing at a distance. She started running towards that light. She found out that it was lit by her father. She was very happy to find her father and live happily ever after
What is that light?
