- So what are Mitochondria and Chloroplast?
- Mitochondria is an energy source for a cell. There are multiple scattered around the cell. Clyraphill is a chemical in plants that make them green. The Chloroplast and the clyraphill work together. That then helps photosynthesis take place.
- Did you know that the equations for photosynthesis and cellular respiration are interchangeable?
- And that the equation is ATP+C6H12o6+6o2->6Co2+6H2o+32ATP.
- Wait what?
- Well what on earth does that mean?
- 6 carbon times 12 Hydrogen times 6 oxygen. That is the sugar in the equation. Then you add 6 oxygen 2. When the "explosion" happens, you end up with 6 carbon 2 and 6 water molecules. Accept for the explosion starts with the 6CO2+6H2O.
