I feel awkward whenever I have to speak in front of many people I am not familiar with or I have to deliver a speech or something.
As I have a fright in speaking, I usually write what I want to say. It helps me organize my thoughts and be able to speak my thoughts clearly.
I always have a hard time speaking and my mind is full of so many thoughts. I'm afraid about how my words will affect others and whether I will successfully deliver what I have to say in front of them.

Whenever something like this happens, I close my eyes and take a deep breath. I also think of positive things to encourage myself to speak.
Writing my thoughts helps me to organize what I want to say and with that, I am able to successfully deliver my message to other people.
