- Teaching must be the easiest thing to do
- It's actually a REALLY hard job
- Teaching is SO much more than you think. We're teaching them academics and preparing them to be great people.
- As an elementary teacher, we teach the kids to be kind to each other. We teach them the importance of respecting their identities and the identities of those around them.

- Woah Woah - isn't talking about race and racism too advanced for elementary students
- Not when their classmates are living through it
- How is it fair for one child to be exposed to racism but keep the others in the dark? Ideally, no one should be discriminated against but that's not the world we live in.
