- Alicia said, "Dad just killed me."
- The truth about what happened that day is that the man who was following me broke into our house, and he was the one who killed Gabriel
- She's lying. Her facts don't line up with the case.
- It was Christian who made her overdose on morphine. He was trying to silence her since she started to talk again, and could expose their illegal therapy sessions.
- We have to inform the police!
- The masked man who broke into the house was Theo Faber....
- After reading Alicia's diary, Theo confronts her cousin, Paul Rose. He tells Theo about Alicia's psychological death. This was the moment that her father sentenced her to death in place of her mother. This caused significant trauma to her. Theo returns to the grove and confronts Alicia about this information.

- Alicia begins telling Theo about what happened that day. She blames the murder on the man who had been following her which had talking about in her diary and with Barbie. But Theo did not believe her as some parts of her story did not align with the evidence provided by police. He discusses this with Diomedes and they both do not believe her.
- Theo wants to confront Alicia about the inconsistencies in her story but he finds that she has overdosed. Based on a small needle mark on her body he thinks that someone had purposefully injected her with morphine. He thinks it is Christine as he did not want to loose his medical license for treating Alicia illegally. He tells Diomedes and Christian is taken away by the police.
- In truth, Theo had injected Alicia with the morphine. While she was slowly loosing consciousness she rights her final entry in her diary. She reveals that is was Theo that was stalking her, and the person Kathy, Theo's wife was having an affair with was Gabriel. He had broken into her house, and made Gabriel choose between his wife or his own life. He chose his own. This was another man in Alicia's life sentencing her to death which leads her to killing Gabriel after Theo leaves. Alicia manages to hide her diary, which leads to Theo being caught.
