Question like these can help you pick an activity that you will like & help you. Other things to considers are the environment, safety, & limitation. When choosing an activity you want to make sure you are safe & you won't hurt anyone else.

Calorie burning & consuming also go along with finding the right activity. You burn calories natural by you blood going through your heart. Also you burn calories by moving. You consume calories by eating. There needs to be a balance between the two, because 3,500 calories will gain or subtract a pound. If you burn 3,500 more calories you lose 1 pound, & vice versa.
