Your food choices start at a young age. As an young child textures, taste, & smell of food will dictate wheat type of food you will like in the future. Some of those food decisions are bad. Eating too much can lead to obesity. Obesity is when you are over\ weight for your size. Healthy food can lead to the a much healthier & peaceful life.

Obesity is when you are 20% over the suggested weight limit. This is refereeing to people that are unhealthy, not people that have extra muscle mass. Having obesity can lead to type 2 diabetes, stroke, sleeping issues, & or certain cancers. Even though most of the extra body weight is from over eating, you can get it through genetics.

In america the food that is promoted is usually unhealthy. Most popular food adds are burgers, cereals, & candies. All thing that are mostly unhealthy to consume. Add in some foods is high fructose corn syrup. This syrup is a popular sweeter in foods, it is really unhealthy. Most people think that eating healthy is more expensive. That is true but, not really. It is only about $1.50 more a day. That is not a lot.
