- Alice is self conscious about her new body and she doesn't think she fits in. Alice also thinks Jenny doesn't trust her when they are reading each others diaries.

- Alice and Jenny are watching the news and Mrs. Jarred wason the news again talking about Alice's surgery. Also when they were reading each others diaries they start fighting.
- Resolution
- I'll tell my wife that I tried to talk to you. You just aren't my daughter.
- The news reveals that Alice was the first ever survivor of a brain transplant.
- They are eating cake for Alice and Jenny's birthday and they get into another argument sayingthat Alice has a different personality and is not the same. Then Alice decides to go take a walk outside.
- Mr. Jarred accepts that Alice is not his daughter and leaves her alone andAlice carves her initials into cement
