- Well, that's true.
- In this scene: The disciplinary hearing is takes place. Both Tracey and Amanda are present. The manager explains why he had to suspend Amanda and reminds her of late coming.
- I have been given a second chance
- In this scene: Tracey is given a time to explain why it is unfair for Amanda to be suspended. Amanda has been late for many times but never given any verbal/ written warning. Tracey asks the manager to give Amanda a verbal warning.
- You must have a trade union.
- In this scene: The manager realises that it is true he has never given Amanda any warning. The manager gave Amanda a verbal warning and he told her next time it will be a written warning .
- I am Tracey, and I am a shop steward
- In this scene: Amanda informs her colleagues about the disciplinary hearing. She promises herselft that from now on she will be early unless something came up but she will inform her manager.
- In this scene: Tracey recruits some Amanda's colleagues who do not belong to the trade union.A shop steward has a duty to recruit new members.
- Tracey has played a very important rule in an employment relationship and she is proud to be a shop steward.
