In this scene: Amanda informs her colleagues about the disciplinary hearing. She promises herselft that from now on she will be early unless something came up but she will inform her manager.
In this scene: Tracey recruits some Amanda's colleagues who do not belong to the trade union.A shop steward has a duty to recruit new members.
Tracey has played a very important rule in an employment relationship and she is proud to be a shop steward.
