"Thou, wretched boy, that didst consort him here"
After having a romantic kiss with Romeo, Juliet asks the Nurse who the boy by the door is. The Nurse tells her that his name is Romeo, but he is a Montague her greatest enemy.
Act IV
"She's dead, deceased; she's dead, alack the day!"
"Alack the day, she's dead, she's dead, she's dead!"
When Romeo is hiding from his friends, he finds Juliet on her balcony, and he hears her talking about him. Romeo eventually speaks to her, and they have a conversation.
Act V
"O happy dagger! This is thy sheath; there rust, and let me die."
Romeo and Tybalt duel because Tybalt killed Mercutio, Romeo's best friend. When they dual Romeo ends up striking and killing Tybalt.

"See what a scourge is laid upon your hate,"

Juliet took the potion the friar gave her to help her appear dead. The Nurse comes into her room and sees that she is "dead", so she calls Lord and Lady Capulet into the room to deliver the news.
"Ha! Let me see her. Out alas! She's cold, ..."
Juliet wakes up from her slumber and find that Romeo has killed himself with the poison the apothecary had given him. Then Juliet decides to kill herself with Romeo's dagger.
The prince tells Lord Montague and Lord Capulet that the reason their kids died is because of their ongoing feud. Both Lord Montague and Lord Capulet have agreed to end their feud and each of them will honor Romeo and Juliet.
"But I can give thee more; For I will raise her statue in pure gold,"
