- Hello. Are you Captain America applying for the Sales Leader position? I'm Billy Bob, the Director here.
- Hello! Yes, I am Captain America. I have been eager to meet you and am looking forward to this interview.
- To start, I am a part of the Avengers, so I have experience with working in teams. However, my main strength comes from my individuality, and I am often regarded as the greatest leader of the avengers. That is why I thought that this position would be best suited for me.
- So Captain America, tell me about yourself. Please sit.
- My biggest strength would undoubtedly be my self-reliance and independence. I can get things done by myself, which is something I know this company wants. In relation to my strengths, I want to join this company because I can hold down the fort as needed, and being one of the most popular businesses in the world, I know that a director like yourself would want someone reliable. A recent accomplishment of mine would be helping in defeating Thanos to save the world.
- A few questions. What’s your biggest strength?Why do you want to join our company?And tell me about a recent accomplishment of yours.
- I would say that my biggest weakness is being too individual that sometimes it can lead to other more reserved people not succeeding, but it is something that I have been working through, such as with the Avengers. My career goals are to move on from the Avengers and live a normal life in this city, helping your business flourish.
- What’s your biggest weakness or area which you feel you could improve?What are your career goals?
- Yes. Do you have any specific expectations over the next 12 months? Will I be given a team to work with?

- As of now, there aren't any specific expectations for the sales leader, but it will change over time based on results. And yes, there will be a team that will assist you and that you can teach as well, because I think you are the type of leader this company needs.
