I notice something different in Sam's behaviour because he doesn't pay attention in class. Will he find it hard to concentrate? I will make an observation during this week to see how he evolves.
I should talk to the teacher to let him know that he has not improved his attitude and concentration in class. In addition, he has come several days without homework and shows frustration when doing exercises in class.
Hello teacher. I have been observing Sam for a week now and he is showing a high lack of concentration in class which I feel should be brought to the attention of the staff and family to see how to start working with him.
Hi Storm, I too had noticed that something about his behaviour wasn't right, but I hadn't been able to pay enough attention to be sure, thank you very much. That's fine with me, we'll call a meeting to discuss it with the team.
I think it fits his need. It would be prudent to follow up the student if we apply the figure of the TIS professional with Sam. We would need to contact the student's family to make them aware of the situation and the proposal we have just discussed.
Depending on Sam's needs, what options/resources are available to best suit and adapt to him?
Based on my observation, I propose an individualised plan, in which he/ has the support of a social integrator in the classroom to accompany him in the subjects that require more effort and concentration.
Good morning, we have noticed a lack of concentration and motivation in your son, he isn't keeping up with his homework either. Thanks to our Social Integrator Storm, who has been observing Sam's behaviour for days, we have decided that he will be in the classroom with Sam, helping him with anything he needs.
Thank you very much for noticing that our son finds it so hard to concentrate. We think that the measures you are going to take at the school are the right ones. We will also look for a solution from our side. All for the sake of our son.
