- Well, I am very good at patterns and combining nucleotides to their complementary pairs
- Nice! I am Helicase, and this here is Primase.
- How do you think you will benefit DNA-for-days?
- As you know I hold the position of breaking apart the strands, so you will be working with Dr. Primase. She will provide you with primers, so that you can start the process of adding nucleotides. We are constantly working, so your schedule will be very busy.

- One important thing to note is that you will be dealing with leading and lagging strands. Lagging strand can only be copied in sections, while leading strands can be copied in its entirety. Now primase will lead you to your work station.
