- Scenario: Your ILA teacher assigns your class 10 questions to answer individually before class tomorrow. Tommy and Chuckie decided to each do 5 questions and then swap answers that evening after they finish.
- Mrs. Hartford Period 1
- Ok class, today for your homework assignment you must complete the 10 questions.
- Hey dude you wanna do a 50/50? Ill do 5 questions and you do 5?
- Q&A (Question and Answer)
- Wow ok! That's a great idea!
- You wanna swap answers now?
- Sure thanks!
- The next day....
- And then they turn in their homework for the day...
- We finished our homework miss!
- Great, thank you boys!
- I would consider this cheating because you didn't do what was told to do. You tricked the teacher by doing less work, which is cheating,In my scenario, both of them are cheating.They cheated by only doing half of their work, and still getting a full grade. Other students really tried on their homework, but these boys just did half and still might get a full grade.If I were placed in this situation, I would say: "I'm sorry, but cheating isn't right. We should both do our fair part so we can learn."
