  • I wanna start eating better but how do I start?
  • That is okay you can always start by using a MyPlate. It can help portion your food and what you need on the plate. ( grains, veggies, fruits, dairy, protein foods, and oils.
  • I want to eat out but, I want to know what I need to look for so I don't eat a lot of things I don't need too.
  • Well, you can always look at the calorie count, fats, cholesterol, sodium, fiber, protein, and the vitamins to know what you need and the lower and higher ones.
  • I heard that you were learning about foods are processed foods okay?
  • Some processed foods are okay but they recommend to go and eat fresh foods because processed foods have decreased the nutrients value of foods.
  • Are you ready to go back to school?
