- Townshend Acts have raised prices on selling items. Lead Glass, Paper, and paints prices have been raised. The colonist were outraged and started a protest.

- The effects of this plan is that the protesters got there way but with a lot of consequences. People got shot and were scared during this. They protested for there rights and the protest wasn't going good but it eventually got better. With this being said parliament had to make the decision about taxes but the colonist didn't have representatives
