- Anarchy is the absence of any type of government. This means that there is no government and no rules for citizens to follow. It also means that citizens are free to do whatever they want,which usually result in violence and disorder.

- Absolute monarchy is a form of government in which a single person, (typically the king or the queen), holds absolute power. The king or queen is not limited and holds all power in the land.
- Theocracy
- Dictatorship is a form of government where a single leader or a group of leaders holds government power promised to the people. Most dictators limit the freedoms of the citizens.
- Direct Democracy
- Oligarchy is a form of government that is held by a small group of people. These people usually have a large amount of money, fame, education, or political control.
- Theocracy isa form of government controlled by one or more religiousleaders who rule on behalf of God or the gods worshipped in their country.
- Direct democracy is a form of government that exists when all of the voters in a community meet in one place to decide laws and government actions all of the time.
