- Hi my name is Mufasa and today I''m going to tell you about what role citzens play in our society and the difference between our duties and responsability's
- We as citizens all play an important roll in our society. We all have duties and responsibility's and i'm going to tell you what those are and I'm going to tell you the difference between them.
- So first i'm going to start off by telling you the responsibility's we all have as American citizens. Starting off, you are not forced to do this but you are responsible as an American citizen to vote.
- Some other responsibility's we have as American citizens is staying informed on what going on, being involved in your community, that means doing things such as volunteering. Another responsibility is practicing tolerance, and if you have an opportunity make sure to inform a uneducated citizen about these responsibility's.
- Now for the duties we have as American citizens. First and most important is that we have to obey the laws. This is not an option if you don't follow the laws you suffer the consequences. Another no negotiation thing you must do is paying your taxes. You also HAVE to serve the jury when summoned, and register with the selective service.
- Now you might be wondering, what is the difference between the responsibility's and the duties of being an American citizen? Well your responsibility's is something that you aren't you are highly forced to do but that you are highly recommended too. Your duties are things that you must do no negotiation.
