- Hiya! My name is Angelina Fung and I want to share with you a little bit about my life. I was born in Houston, Texas but grew up mostly in Hong Kong before moving to California at the age of 14. I went to undergrad at Arizona and now lives in the city. New York is actually a lot like Hong Kong! Have you ever been?
- Being outside brings me joy! Most of my hobbies take place outdoors... I very much enjoy hiking, playing tennis, going to the beach, and recently picked up skiing!
- ...although I do spend a fair amount of time thinking about delicious foods from various culture around the world.
- And yes, I do like potatoes. If I could only eat a single food group for the rest of my life I'd choose potatoes. I like it that much.

- This was when it all changed for me. I stayed in Caye Caulker in Belize on a volunteering trip for a month and lived an incredibly sustainable lifestyle (cooked with methane gas converted from biowaste, showered with rainwater, etc.). I realized then the importance of being circular with our natural resources, especially given resource scarcity. This was a long-winded way of sharing that I would love to own a farm and live a self-sustaining lifestyle one day.
