Carbon is present inside of this plant (Photosynthesis).
Cellular Respiration
A capybara decides that he wants to eat the plant, little does he know but the plant has carbon in it (Consumption).
Decomposition
After the capybara discards of its plant waste in the ground, the carbon in its waste will decompose in the dirt (decomposition).
Photosynthesis
Years later, the ground that has carbon in it is covered by water. It's now a lake! The plants that have grown contain the carbon from the soil, and the fish have eaten the plants too. It's a carbon party! (Cellular Respiration).
I went camping over the weekend. Since there was no bathroom available, my resources were the great outdoors.
My waste turns into a flower over time. The carbon once again is inside of a flower, ready to photosynthesize and start the cycle again.
