- Charles I was very unpopular because he ignored the parliament and wanted to rule alone. He would also try to force more religion in the Church of England.
- Restoration of the Stuart Monarchy
- This war was between the Cavaliers and the Roundheads. The Cavaliers fought for the rights of the king and the Roundheads fought for the Parliament.
- Glorious Revolution
- WE ARE CATHOLIC.

- Charles I was executed on January 30th, 1649 by the Rump Parliament. This happened because he lost support from the Parliament and lost the war. Europe was horrified because of this.

- The Parliament got rid of the monarchy. Then, they created a republic with the leadership of Oliver Cromwell.

- The Glorious revolution happened because of political and religious reasons. King James II was involved in it and William of Orange led it.
- The English Bill of rights gave the same laws to everybody. This was including the elite.
