  • THEY ONCE BECOME A SOCIAL ADDICTION AND KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENS? THEY LOST SOCIAL INTERACTION WITH THEIR LOVED ONES. THEY LOST A LOT OF PRECIOUS TIME FACING THEIR GADGETS
  • Live in the moment, not in the cloud. For a better mental health, just turning off the unwanted notifications, getting rid of the social apps that you don't really need to have will help you in different ways. Be careful not to let a negative social media life attract you to a dark way of thinking.
  • One day you will look back and recall all the time you spent on social media and wonder why you didn’t invest that time someplace else.
  • Just like using drugs and alcohol to numb the pain can — and does — lead to addiction, using social media to fill the void of relationships, or other needs, often leads to addiction, as well.
  • Instead of overly seeking to get more ‘likes’ and ‘followers’ on social media, seek to build trust and more meaningful, lasting relationships.
  • Our aim of this CAMPAIGN is to generate awareness especially among Millennials who this affects the most. A digital campaign can be used to address this issue and will provide people with evidence, which will hopefully change their behaviours and attitudes for the better.
