- In the beginning, John has these dreams about these gods that are in a nuclear war. He tells his father about them and tells him how real they look and feel. His father tells him with a stern expression that he just has a very strong dream. John gets to curious and soon heads off East to find the Gods house.

- Next, he traveled East through the woods to find a God's house. While on his way there he had to fight off a panther with only a bow and arrow. He did successfully and shot it into the eye. As he was in the God's house he had another dream and it was of the nuclear war again. But the God's were not God's, they were men. John ran back to his town quickly to tell his father and people the news.

- Finally, John told his father and he did believe him. John said we need to go rebuild our community with technology again. His father was the priest and he said no because that is what ruined us the first time. John disagreed and said when he becomes priest he will rebuild his town into a great big city using technology.
