  • Vegetarianism is the absence of meat in my diet yet i still am able to eat my daily amount of protein. This diet is chosen for various types of people, no matter a preference of even a dietary issue. Unlike vegans, my diet sill consumes animal products, just cuts out meat
  • I would heavily recommend for people who struggle with fat intake or even have acne probelms
  • As I've grown up, I've always been one to stick to the classic American diet. High amounts of processed foods for easy convenance, high fats and lots of soda. I've noticed my friends diets vary heavily from my own. Prepackaged foods are just easier than cooking. I've noticed a big change in my energy levels in differ to my peers. I find myself sleeping more, having a lack of motivation and often getting ill.
  • as a athlete, I needed to heavily balance my diet to work for my body. The mediterranean diet helps me focus on my own personal needs by heavily implying vegetables, grains, fruits and lots of fish rather than fatty proteins.
  • I'm vegan, meaning I cut out all forms of animal products such as meat, honey, milk and cheese. Rather than getting my protein intake from meat, I look for protein in beans, smoothies, replacement products such as bean and Spinach burgers as well as oats.
