- The Tulsa Development Authority have money so they own. They have sold 6 good pieces of land to private developers. Experience in business and financing determine who gets the projects
- City of Tulsa has money so they own. They own the BMX areas and 55 acres of land. They are making a program to prepare small businesses and they are opening the 55 acres of land for black developers
- Greenwood chamber of commerce has money so they own. they own a long stretch of 10 brick buildings. they rent buildings to people and the people that rent are worried because the rent keeps going up
- black businessis do not have much money to buy anything so they mostly rent and there is not much economic success
- but we live here

- these are some nice looking houses they just need a little makeover
- everything is so nice and rich looking and the stores now have rich stuff
- man everything is so expensive and the rent is so high because of those rich people and now I have to move out I hate gentrification this is so not fair.
