- In this scene the mother and son are questioned by the border guard about there citizenship and they answer by saying they are apart of a tribe called Blackfoot.
- Me and my son here are members of Blackfoot witch means we go by nether citizenship.

- MOM, just say were Canadian because that where we live!
- In this scene the mother and son are denied to cross because there tribe name was not going to be excepted. The Son started to get mad a his mom and said why she couldn't have just said they were Canadian. His mother said that was demeaning to there culture
- were sorry but you two won't be able to cross unless you can prove your Canadian or american.
- Son we are not Canadian, we are black-footers witch mean we should have the right to roe free in out land
- in this scene, another border guard approaches the situation. he notices that the other guard is not letting them across because they are black foot. the guard knows that Blackfoot tribe members are of both Canadian and American heritage and there fore deserve to pass.

- Um there Blackfoot. so they can cross because there tribe has both Canadian and American citizenship
