- Juniper Arramos grew up and went to school in Celina, Texas. Growing up she knew she wanted to be a detective. Her and her Dad watched a lot investigative shows together and she developed a passion. She took classes in high school concerning criminal justice and she graduated in the top 15% of her class.
- Moving Up
- After graduating, she went on to apply for the Dallas Police Academy. After being accepted, she completed 18 weeks here before graduating at 19 years old. After leaving the academy she began to search for jobs.
- A Day in the Life
- The police academy led to a job at the Dallas Police Department. Here she protected her community by patrolling, answering to emergencies, and performing duties such as traffic stops.
- Making a Life
- She worked on the Dallas Police force for 6 years before she applied for a promotion exam. After taking and passing the exam, she earned the title Detective, finally achieving her dream job.
- Arramos, now 32, has spent the last 7 years serving her community as a Detective. She specialize in murder investigation. In this speciality she performs a variety of jobs such as conducting interviews with suspects and witnesses.
- As well as Crime Scene Investigation and collecting evidence. She also apprehends criminals which can be dangerous if they are violent or the crime scene is unsafe. While there are risks to the job, Arramos loves what she does and hopes to continue doing it until she retires.
