Okay, im done taking the vital signs and ang respiratory rate niya is mataas which is 28 , and the heart rate 170 the bp is 130/70 which is high and it because patient experiences abdominal pain.

I will also like to follow up the stool specimen for the 2nd stool analysis ma'am.

Okay maam, I will just collect the stool and place it into the specimen bottle.

I would also to reiterate to encourage addition fluid intake to the patient to prevent dehydration. And also inform me if patient develops fever, persistence abdominal pain and if severe vomiting and if dli na siya muinom. Maam I leave you a paper to put here the amount of intake and output of patient maam for 8 am to 12 pm.
