Fred invites Scrooge over for dinner, but he declines. Then a visitor asks for money to donate for the poor and homeless, and he impolitely declines again.

The maid, cook and others ask Scrooge for extra Christmas money, but Scrooge declines. Then Marley comes and warns him about 3 spirits. He tells Scrooge that he has to change. He had to forge each chain daily and it is very heavy. Scrooge is surprised because Marley was all about Christmas and money, like him. He does not listen to him and stays the way he is, until midnight...
Scene 5
It is midnight. The first spirit comes and shows Scrooge the past. He shows him his breakup and that he wasn't picked up from his boarding school. Scrooge does not like these memories, but he does not change much. After this, he gets ready for the next spirits that Marley
Scene 6
MERRY CHRISTMAS!
The second spirit shows one of the bad things that is happening because of him. Tiny Tim is very sick. He could die, and Scrooge does not feel too good about this. He gets ready for the next and last spirit that Marley had warned him about.
This is bad, i think I should do something about it.
He should die to decrease the surplus population.
The 3rd spirit takes Scrooge to Christmas yet to come if he doesn't change. He sees that the cook, Charwoman, and Sparsit are just taking things from his dead body and making jokes while laughing. Scrooge is mad, like anyone would be. After that, Scrooge sees the future of Tim. he had died of his illness. That is not good, and Scrooge knows that. He determined to prevent it.
Oh no! I better do something! Quick!
Scrooge does not like what is in the future. He does not want tiny Tim to die. He decides to be more generous and have a Christmas spirit. He starts giving people money, wishing people a merry Christmas, and paying people higher. He gives the gentleman visitor a purse full of money.
