we have received many complains about employees that come later at work and make excuse about being later
i can not take any excuses am sorry, you can go home
But thats not your fault, today taxis were not operating as normal

no you can not allow him to treat you like that, there's a trade union organizer you can report to him he will assist you

The colleague advice the employee to use some help from the trade union organizer since she was unfairly treated and that's against the law

the employee explains what happened to her with the manager and the trade union organizer notices that under employment equity act everyone deserve to be given a chance to explain her self and may be given a warn if she is wrong and the employee was not wrong.
The trade union organizer represent the employee to solve the issue, and the manager was find guilty and his to return the employee at work
