- I'm really upset and stressed about school right now, but I will do some mediation and yoga to calm down.
- This is an example of sublimation because the girl is converting her stress and anxiety regarding school into a more mindful practice such as meditation, which shows that she's converting her unacceptable emotions to acceptable actions.
