The following Sunday, Lencho came to collect his mail.
A LETTER TO GODLencho was a poor farmer, whose whole harvests have been destroyed due to hailstorms. He and his family believe that God is their only saviour and thus Lencho writes a letter to God.
The postmaster had seen Lencho's features morph into upon finding that there were only 70 pesos, the money he had been able to collect. The man wrote a letter right then and posted it. The postmaster takes it into his office for reading.
I hope God fulfils my wish of 100 pesos. I need them to help my family survive!
After Lencho had posted the letter, it was shown to the postmaster.
A letter to god? What faith this man must have in Him! I shall help him by collecting the money for him.
Dear God:
Yes sir!  Here you go!
Hello! Do I have any mail?
“God: Of the money that I asked for, only 70 pesos reached me. Send me the rest, since I need it very much. But don’t send it through the mail because the post office employees are a bunch of crooks. Lencho.”
