- The hating man is interviewing Nina, when the guard falls down suddenly and is unconscious!

- Nina, Alia, Matthias and Percy have escaped from the Population Police.

- Lee caught Nina at the garden and brought her to Mr. Hendricks. Nina has just escaped from Mr. Hendricks and has run into the woods to warn Alia, Percy and Matthias, when the hating man shows up with Lee, Trey and other kids from Hendricks.
- Nina you're safe now!
- This is Mr. Talbot, Jen's dad. It was just a test. You passed.
- Help! It's the hating man!
