- Hello, I am Bastian. This is my 2rd year in the rehabilitation center and this is day 87 of my video documentation ever since I quit doing drugs. The reason why I am still here is that I have several relapse, which is normal however, this is just to check if I can handle myself. Let me tell you how my addiction started.
- I transferred to a different school while I was in high school, hence why I don't know anyone. The students that adopted me into their circle have a bad rep, and they are also addicted to drugs like meth and other narcotics. They invited me to do drugs with them one day, and since they were my buddies, I couldn't say no, so I agreed.
- I became addicted to it after that. We did it in school, at my friend's house, in the restroom, and everywhere. The pleasant sensation keeps me from using it. However, as time passed, the euphoric feeling was no longer the same as when I initially started using narcotics, so I increased my dosage.
- My family, mainly my mother and older sister, began noticing changes in my conduct. They think I'm being more mad, paranoid, and lazy. They are aware of my absence from school and unfilled tasks. They are unaware that I use narcotics, but they have suspicions.
- I finally went to school and as usual, I used drugs in the school premises only to be caught by the librarian. He reported my drug use to the principle and to my mother.
- They urged that I get help from a psychologist and attend a rehabilitation clinic. Everything is starting to seep in at this point as I recall everything I've done wrong. From trying dugs, being reliant on it, and changing my behaviors. I agreed to go to the treatment clinic, and today I'm much more sober and happier than before.
