- 2 hours later: Ana and Mr Owens reviewed last 15 pages just to update procedure together... Mr Owens is finally pleased with the outcome...
- O: I am really pleased now Ana, good job. A: Mr Owens, thank you. I will now go and report to my manager we have 1 procedure approved
