- My name is Paniz Parichehreh and I'm turning 13 this year. My birthday is March 4th, 2009! I'm a student. I live with my Mom, Dad, and my brother who is 22.
- Academic Goals for 2022
- I was born in Tehran, Iran and I moved to Canada with my family when I was 6 years old! I didn't speak too much English at the time but learned to speak it throughout the years. I have 1 older brother who I consider my best friend.
- Mindfulness goals for 2022
- Wake up at 6am and sleep at 9-10 pm!
- I have a passion for animals and learning about them. I love to read and call my friends in my free time. I also love to spend time with my family and try new foods!

- Some of my academic goals for 2022 are to keep doing well in school. I would also like to work on reading more books in the future.

- Some of my mindfulness goals for 2022 are to be more organized and maybe make new friends. I would also like to work on waking up earlier and sleeping earlier.
