- Hi, we are here to show you the process of how a bill is passed into law
- That's Right, We will get to see all the steps into how a bill is signed
- First the bill is introduced on House floor
- I think having a cat should be mandatory
- After that the bill will be sent to committee

- There are many steps in order for a bill to become a law
- The house of representatives will debate and then vote on the law
- all in favor of the bill?

- Even if a house member has a great idea for a law, it doesn't mean it will be signed
- The senate will also debate and vote on the law
- Are the members of the senate in favor of the bill?
- Yes!
- If the committee agrees on the law it will be sent to the house to be voted on
- The president votes to sign the bill into law
- I love cats!
- After this the bill will be sent to the other side of the house and the steps will be repeated
- With no interruptions by the supreme court, the president can vote to make the bill into law or veto the law
- Once the president signs the bill, it officially becomes law!
