Application Assessment
This is an opportunity for the employee to self-assess their understanding of the legislation and terminology presented via an objective assessment. This will be a low stakes activity with correct answers provided to ensure the employee moves forward with the correct information.

Option 1: Review & Retake
For this exercise the employee will be presented with a case example or illustration of the specific topic for this sub-unit.

Option 2: Inform & Advance
The employee will answer question s related to the case example. Feedback will be provided instantly. If the employee's response is correct they can move forward to the next sub-unit. If the employee's responses are incorrect we have a couple options. Options outlined in next slides.
The employee will be instructed to review the sub-unit then retake the assessment..
The employee will be provided with the correct answer and allowed to move forward.
