- Hi. I'm a typical rock and I am here to teach you the rock cycle!
- I start as an igneous rock at the top of a mountain and then through erosion turn into sediments.
- Then from erosion I eventually get transported to the ocean and break down into small pebbles and rocks, creating sediments
- Then I get compressed from all the sediments piling and start the process of becoming a sedimentary rock
- Then cementation binds all of us sediments together and then I am pressed into a sedimentary rock
- Then through all of the heat and pressure underground I slowly morph into a metamorphic rock
- These are all the necessary steps for a complete rock cycle. I have shown you how a rock goes from the igneous stage to the sedimentary stage and finally to the metamorphic stage. Goodbye and Thank you
