- TrainingBump tests, air readings/stratifications, rescue equipment set-up, entrant, attendant, supervisor responsibilities, permit, coordination, access/egress, communication, signs/symptoms
- Set UpReview AHA, Barricade work area, Set up emergency retrieval system, take air monitor readings at different stratifications, ventilate if needed inspect fall protection, and use proper PPE
- Complete WorkCarry out scope of work, take air monitor readings, operate under hazard controls, continue ventilation if needed
- Closeout and TurnoverClose up confined space and finish permit. Complete any After Action Reports on things we did well, and opportunities for improvement
