- No I just don't have that much food at home to eat a proper meal, so I just come to school and get as much food as I can.
- Really?! That would be great! My grades have started to go down since I'm so tired all the time.
- Hey Amy, I have been noticing that you are getting a lot of food at lunch. Do you have breakfast every day?
- Oh no! That must be terrible. I can help you with this!
- Okay! That sounds good. Thank you so much for doing this!
- Okay, so I will talk to your parents and let them know how important your nutrition is for your health.

- I noticed at school that she was always looking tired and really skinny. But when lunch time came around she was always stuffing down as much food as possible. When I went and talked to her about it she told me about how her parents are always busy with work, they don't have enough time to buy or prepare any food. So I went and talked to her parents about a plan where one of them has to go to the grocery store every week to stock up their pantry and fridge. Now Amy can make meals for herself and not worry about falling asleep in the middle of the day.
