- August was born with a bizarre disability. He has legs but he can't walk. Tomorrow will be his first day of school, he feels very excited about that. He is so excited to meet some new friends at school.
- Climax
- YOU ARE SUSPENDED!
- At school, August gets bullied by his classmate Julian and his friends. August feels very sad about that. He feels distraught about going to school. He overwhelmingly hates school.
- Falling action
- DON' BULLY MY CLASSMATE!
- HAHAHA! Look at him!
- A year has passed. August's popularity and circle of friends grows. He meets some friends like Jack and Summer. But Julian is still bullying him.
- Resolution
- I need to thanks my mum...
- Mr. Browne notices about the act of Julian. He suspends Julian from school for two days. In these two days, there will be a camp. Julian is forced to miss the camp.
- The day of the camp has arrived. August and Jack are threatened by some of the seventh graders from another school. Ausgust's classmates see it and help defend them. August and his classmates become friends at the end.
- At the graduation ceremony, August is given the Henry Ward Beecher Medal for his strength and courage throughout the school year. Everyone cheers for August. August makes a lot of friends and they accept him as a friend instead of avoiding and making fun of him.
