Utnapishtim ask Gilgameshif he would want to put up for a test: to prevail against sleep for 6 days and 7 nights. after awhile, Gilgamesh sat there resting on his haunches, he slowly start to fall asleep like a soft wool that drifted over hi.

- Gilgamesh mist into his sleep. Utnapishtim told his wife look at the strong man, the man that one fought monster and gods, he is drifting into his sleep. But later, Utnapishtim's wife told him to wake Gilgamesh up so he can return to his home land in peace, and go back to the gate that he came through.
- Urshanabi look at that, do you see it?
- Yes I do sir! I think it's the one Utnapishtim was talking about sir!
- Utnapishtim told his wife to bake loaves of bread represent the amount of days he will sleep for, put beside him and mark each of them. the first loaf was hard, second loaf was like leather, third was soggy, the crust for the fourth was mold, fifth was mildewed, six was fresh, seventh was still on the embers.
- Look at my kingdom!

- After 7 days, with just a tap of Utnapishtim, Gilgamesh woke up. He was wondering where he should go next, so they told him to go back to his own kingdom. But it was dark outside, Gilgamesh is afraid of thief, so the next morning Utnapishtim told one of a ferryman to take Gilgamesh to a wash place and go back to his Uruk, his own kingdom.
- Before Gilgamesh left, Utnapishtim told him a secret, that god told him to tell Gilgamesh. There's a plant that look like a rose, if he success to get the rose you can restore a man age. On their way to go back to Uruk, Urshanabi took Gilgamesh to the wash place. Gilgamesh get to washes his hair and he took a bath.The serpent smelled the sweetness of the rose and snatch it away. Then Gilgamesh had tears rolling down his face. say he didn't gain anything for himself, anything but the beast of the earth has joy of it now.
- After 5 days, they accomplished and got to Uruk. Gilgamesh told the ferry man to climb up onto the wall of Uruk.Gilgamesh told urshanabi his kingdom, one third of his king Dom is garden and one thirds field, with the percent of the goddess Ishtar.
